Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order to Australia and every order includes a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders to Australia usually arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak periods, public holidays or for remote areas.

Tracking your order

You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page using your order number and email, or with your tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees on delivery for standard orders.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships. If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us and we will help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
